1. Use of the Service

You agree to use KONNECTAX only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Interfere with other users’ ability to livestream or conduct business
Transmit spam, malware, or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your KONNECTAX account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

KONNECTAX operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the selected plan rate at the interval chosen (monthly or annually)
Be charged automatically unless you cancel before your next billing cycle
Cancel via your account settings or the app store if you subscribed in-app

4. Service Changes & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, plans, or pricing at any time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within KONNECTAX is the property of KONNECTAX and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful to the platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

KONNECTAX is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any lost income, disruptions, or damages resulting from use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
